Quesadillas

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Queso
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • ¼ bell pepper
  • 6 black olives, sliced
  • 1 vegan chicken patty
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Spread the oil around the bottom of the pan with a spatula.
  2. Spread queso on one tortilla and place it in the pan. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover for about 2 minutes, then fold tortilla in half. Flip and let cook on each side for an additional 30 seconds. Remove, slice, and serve with salsa and guacamole.
  4. The following are additions that can be added.
